01 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Privacy Policy:

• "Processing" — any operation or set of operations performed upon personal data including, but not limited to, the collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, consolidation, blocking, erasure or destruction of data.
• "tara666," "We," "Us," "Our" — refers to tara666.org and its data controller entity operating the platform under PAGCOR regulation for the Philippine market.
• "Data Subject," "You," "Your" — any natural person whose personal data is processed by tara666, including registered players and platform visitors.
• "Third Party" — any natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or body other than the Data Subject, tara666, or persons who, under tara666's direct authority, are authorised to process personal data.

02 Data Controller

7.2 Game and Technology Providers

09 Data Retention

13 Children & Minors

Age verification is conducted as part of the registration process and may be repeated at tara666's discretion.

If tara666 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age without verifiable parental consent (and in any event, no person under 21 may use the gaming platform regardless of parental consent), tara666 will take immediate steps to delete such data, close the associated account, and report the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with regulatory requirements.

14 Amendments to This Privacy Policy
